Here are easy steps on how to cook your favorite dish!

How to Cook Grilled Liempo (Pork Belly) 🔥🍖

Craving smoky, flavorful liempo? Here's how to make it the easy way!

Ingredients:

1 kg pork belly (sliced)

½ cup soy sauce

¼ cup calamansi or lemon juice

1 tbsp brown sugar

5 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions:

Marinate the pork belly in soy sauce, calamansi juice, sugar, garlic, pepper, and chili flakes. Let it sit for at least 3 hours or overnight for best flavor.

Preheat your grill over medium heat.

Grill the liempo for 6–8 minutes per side, basting occasionally with leftover marinade. Cook until nicely charred and fully cooked through.

Rest the meat for a few minutes before slicing.

Serve with rice, spiced vinegar, or toyomansi dip!
