Want a healthy way to eat steak? Try Steak Bimbap! We prepped the veggies and the sauce first. For the veggies, these were simply blanched then seasoned with salt and sesame oil. For the sauce, we prepped a mix of gochujang, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic and a bit of honey. Then lastly, we marinated the steak trims in himalayan pink salt and freshly-cracked pepper, then cooked it how we want it.
