Suzette’s Gluten-Free Artisanal Pastries We are dedicated to serving you freshly-baked, handcrafted, guilt-free, vegetarian & vegan pastries. Knead everything with extra virgin coconut oil by hand.

6-8 am: Cook liquid ingredients, mix concoction up with dry ingredients. No shortcuts, no mixers, no machines. Let dough rise for over an hour.

8-9 am: Cook all fillings and toppings—sea salt with honey, ube, dark chocolate.

9 am to 1 pm: Hand-make and weigh all rolls, one by one.

1-2:30 pm: Baking of rolls, batch by batch.

2:30-3:30 pm: Arranging of orders/trays. Placing of toppings.

3:30-5 pm: Dispatch/delivery via Grab Express, TokTok.
