This company is formed because of their passion in food and common interests. The company came up with a product that the peoples most loved comfort food which is pizza and make a twist out of
it. These partners thought of by making the regular shape of pizza into balls. The company wants the people to love their product thus they made their product with love. Product Name: AMAZE BALLS

Product Description: Amazeballs is a stall/kiosk by FAB Food Corp. Amazeballs is basically pizza turned into balls, made with our freshest and finest organic ingredients. We will provide a combination of excellent food, valued pricing and fun eating experience. Amazeballs is the answer to an increasing demand for snack-type fast food, to be consumed while window shopping and walking around inside a shopping mall or in between your classes. Mission: Our mission is to give our customers a flavorful surprise in every bite. The words satisfaction and convenience is what we value and is to be given to our customers. We want to make sure that they get what they paid for. Vision: Our vision is to be known in the food industry by being first in the area to come up with a “pizza ball”. We want to have stalls in one of the busiest malls in Manila, and in different high schools and universities, targeting the on-the-go people. Target Market: Our ideal customers are students and mall goers between the ages of 10 and 22 who enjoy eating to-go snacks. These are the people who are always busy and want a quick relief from their cravings and hunger. These people should also have an income of average and above because our prices are a little higher because of manual process of making it. Grade school and high school students will be mostly likely our major customers because they buy anything that they like with the extra ‘baon’ that their parents give them. And especially that our product is new, they will try it and hopefully like it. College students will be a little hesitant to buy our product because college students tend to be more careful on what they are buying because they already know how to analyze what’s worth to buy and what’s not. According to our survey that was conducted inside the MC HEU campus, some college students actually suggested that we should lower out prices, and that is actually a proof that college students are careful on spending. Mall-goers are those people who wants a quick stop in the mall, whether just to window shop or just chill inside and they won’t sit in fancy restaurants just to eat, they will only stop by in the food court and buy in food kiosks. And because our pizza is a lot easier to eat, they will buy from us. Adults on the other half will be hesitant to buy our product because they are used to the traditional, which is the triangle pizza and often refuses to try new things. Organizational Structure
• RENNA ANDREA TAG-AT (Owner and Marketing Manager)- Marketing managers identify potential markets for their companies. In this field, you accomplish this by determining which customers are most likely to use your products and services, also you need to have a good knowledge of the customer. This means building up an accurate picture using the resources that are available. Renna Andrea Tag-at is best suited for this position because she loves adventure and she is also good in terms of communicating to customers and suppliers. She is flexible and all knowing in the flow of trend in the market, she always determines how sensitive consumers are to price changes, quality and effectiveness of the product.
• RISSADEL MENDOZA (Owner and Operations Manager) - she ensures that the organization is running as smoothly and efficient as possible, and that their services will meet the customer’s needs. Rissadel Mendoza is suited for this position because she is a systematic planner, has the qualities of being a good leader, which is always open for suggestions and has the passion and dedication to take on the responsibilities in order for the business to succeed.
• YSABEL GARCIA (Owner and Supplies manager) – in charge of overseeing the process of locating and securing materials needed in order to keep a business functioning. Seeks to manage the acquisition and most efficient use of materials, so that the company benefits from steady production without the need to maintain high inventories that are subject to taxes. For this reason, the supply manager will often develop purchasing procedures that are based on the rate of usage of acquired materials during a given production period.
• ERIKA NUCUM (Owner and Finance Manager) - responsible for managing the budget. This involves allocating money to different projects and segments so that the business can continue operating. She is also responsible for figuring out the financial projections for the business. The development of a new product, for example, requires an investment of capital over time. She is responsible for knowing how much the product is expected to cost and how much revenue it is expected to earn so that s/he can invest the appropriate amount in the product. At the same time that this is going on, she also ensure that the business has enough cash to pay upcoming financial obligations without hoarding assets that could otherwise be invested. CSR
