Sprouts are healthier than fully-grown vegetables. They contain a concentrated amount of vitamins and nutrients. Our hydro greens are organic and 100% safe to eat. They are grown indoors and are enclosed in Taiwan's latest hydroponics equipment so no insect and microorganism can harm the greens. You are assured that no bacteria can develop on your greens. Our hydroponics equipment has a built in water pump, fan and LED lighting specialized for growing sprouts. The built in fan ensures air circulation. The built in pump gives oxygen in the water to aid the growth of sprouts. There are no pesticides used in growing them. The water we use is only filtered water and is changed twice daily. The equipment is thoroughly washed after every harvest. The good thing about this method of growing is that when we harvest them, we don’t cut the stem. The roots and stem are still in tact. Cutting the stem and the roots could lead to contamination. And because the roots and the stem are still in tact, the sprouts may still grow even after they are harvested.
