• Order 1-2 day/s before your pick up.
• Please bear with us as we might reply very slow. It might take hours for us to reply.
• Wait for the invoice before paying.
• Wait for our confirmation of payment before booking the pick up (MOST IMPORTANT). Kindly be reminded that if you book a pick up as soon as you pay, there is a chance that your orders will not be given to the rider.
• DO NOT CALL as we are unable to take your calls.

• Kindly book your own courier.
• Put the receiver name as indicated in the invoice so as to avoid confusion during pick up.
• DO NOT CALL. Kindly tell the rider to look for the guard and inform him of the name of the pick up and drop off.
