🚨 IS MGI GOING BANKRUPT? 🚨

According to reports and discussions circulating in the Thai financial market, Miss Grand International Public Company Limited is allegedly facing increasing financial and legal pressure.

Reports claim that MGI’s 135 million THB investment in WSOL may be completely lost following the company’s financial collapse. WSOL reportedly sought business rehabilitation to suspend debt payments — similar to the case involving JKN and Anne Jakkaphong — but Thailand’s Bankruptcy Court allegedly rejected the request, stating that the company had no realistic chance of recovery.

MGI is also reportedly facing multiple lawsuits, including:
• 307 million THB in damages claims
• 43 million THB for breach of contract
• 50 million THB in defamation claims
• and an alleged music copyright infringement case

Most of these legal cases are still ongoing.

Meanwhile, MGI shares reportedly dropped more than 92%, falling from 65.26 THB in February 2024 to 4.90 THB in May 2026, heavily affecting thousands of retail investors.

There are also circulating reports that Nawat has allegedly established a new business entity in Singapore, raising questions among investors amid ongoing financial investigations in Thailand.

⚠️ As of now, some of this information remains based on financial reports, public speculation, and unresolved legal proceedings.
