gar)to produce a solid confectionery, there are several types of chocolate according to the proportion of cocoa used in particular formulation and below are a list of what we offer:
1.Dark Chocolate(Black Chocolate)It is produced by adding fat&sugar to cocoa. It is chocolate with no milk or much less than milk chocolate. Basic ingridient are cacao bean, sugar imulsifier such as soy lecithin to preserve texture&flavorings such as vanilla. Bittersweet,SemiSweet,Darksweet chocolates fall into dark chocolate.
2.Dark Sweet Chocolate is dark chocolate it does not contain milk solids but it still has high percentage of sugar&is much sweeter than other types of dark chocolate.
3.Milk Chocolate. is chocolate made with milk in the form of milk powder,liquid milk or condensed milk added.
4.White Chocolate.is a confection based on sugar, milk solids & cocoa butter without cocoa solids & is characterized by a pale yellow or ivory appearance,inrich of cocoa butter which gives its suave subtle taste.
