Norma's Castro Empanada

Norma's Castro Empanada Locally known for her cooking, Norma Castro was taught how to make Chicken Empanada by the late Rading Carlos in the late 1980's.

At first, it's just a side job. Later on, through Norma's hard work, it is now considered a local delicacy in San Juan.
