❗️CALL FOR DONATIONS: HELP US FEED OUR KITTENS

The PAWS Shelter is currently in need of supplies to support our cats.

We are accepting donations of:
• powdered kitten milk replacer
• feeding bottles
• kitten feeding ni***es
• kitten food (dry and wet)
• adult cat food (dry/kibble)
• powdered goat’s milk or lactose-free milk (as substitutes)

For in-kind donations, you may drop them off at the PAWS Animal Rehabilitation Center (PARC), Aurora Blvd. cor. Katipunan Ave., Loyola Heights, Quezon City from 10 am - 5 pm on Monday to Saturday (except on Wednesdays and Holidays).

Homeless and in the Rain! The Heartbreaking Video of an Orangutan in Kalimantan Outraging the World

The shocking footage of an orangutan taking shelter from the rain under the eaves of a human home in Kalimantan (Borneo, Indonesia) reveals a heartbreaking reality. As unchecked deforestation, massive logging, and agricultural expansion destroy and fragment their natural habitat, native species are stripped of their territory and forced into populated settlements in search of shelter and food.

This phenomenon not only drastically increases conflicts between wildlife and local communities, but also exposes the extreme vulnerability of the Bornean orangutan (Pongo pygmaeus), currently classified as critically endangered by the IUCN. The immediate conservation of the island's remaining rainforests is urgent to halt the irreversible loss of global biodiversity.
