7. Birth Cert./Marriage contract(if married)
8. Proof of Billing(Water or electric bills)
Online Business:
1. Paypal/Bank Statement for 6months
2. Certification from Employer
Businessmen:
1. Business Permit
2. Income Tax Return (ITR)
3. Audited Financial Statement
4. Bank Statement for 3months
โ Note: Basis for 100% Approval
1. Salary requirements computation.
Income Requirements Formula:
Montly amortization / 3.5 = Gross monthly income required (combined income up to 2 co-borrower)
2. No foreclosed housing loan before.
