Life is like a volleyball game.
A ball can hit you hard and get you slammed down.
You can play smart, block and face them, you would have the choices. You could hit them back as harder as you can. You can serve them with everything that they deserve.

At the end of the game, you would think if you gave a good fight. If you didn't gave in to discouragement and if you played until you get things right.

always check your own attitude too. it's not always the world around you, sometimes you are the toxic person. understand that you make mistakes and can hurt people. understand that there are things you need to work on. apologise, unlearn, and relearn, that’s growth.
