Our Sweet Beginning

We started out as “BlessedBabies Pastries and Bakes” in 2015 but it didn’t click, (I bet the name was too long to be remembered easily! Lol ) so after a few years, we decided to rebuff not only our brand but our hearts and dedication to bring you your sweetest dreams through our cakes and pastries too! If ever you were wondering why the new brand “LJ Bakes”, LJ stands for my b

aby girls’ initials Leanne Jaymie and Lorraine Jemimah. They both enjoy helping out in my baking ventures and their innocent yet straightforward opinions and picky palettes’ are the greatest forces that made me a better baker over the years of learning and trying. But I tell you, they are the hardest consumers to please. Oh, by the way, LJ is also my and my husband’s initials combined.
