Kyla Amazing Soybeans Co. is a partnership company headed by Mr. Garry F. Sevilla located at Barangay Ugong, Valenzuela City. It is engaged in the production of soya-based products such as soymilk, tu-
fo, tokwa, chilled and hot taho. The company started in 2008, succeeding the return of Sevilla from years of working in Taiwan. From there, he was able to learn the operation of a soya-based company and through the help of his Taiwanese friend, was able to establish his own manufacturing in the Philippines. Kyla Amazing Soybeans Co. is processing about 20 kilograms of soybean and is expecting to expand with increasing demand prompting the enterprise to upgrade its processing facility and equipment. Departrment of Science and Technology National Capital Region (DOST-NCR) assisted the project in September 2012 on their program DOST SET-UP for the purchase of equipment and including quality improvement and labeling. Currently, Mr. Sevilla is in charge of the whole operation of the company, employing four workers dedicated to production. In todayโs busy and hectic schedule, one cannot understate the importance of providing our body with all the nourishment it can get to stay healthy and alert. As we all know food products from Soya beans are healthy options and supplements that could sustain our body needs of almost necessary nutrition.
