In response to the escalating global environmental crisis, we are joining the local and provincial government of Catanduanes in supporting programs aimed at reducing the use of plastic bags and styrofoam. This initiative encourages a shift toward eco-friendly alternatives. 🛍️🛒

In compliance with the implementation of Municipal Ordinance No. 2013-03-28, which regulates the use of plastic bags and styrofoam as secondary packaging materials in the municipality of Virac, originally passed by the Sangguniang Bayan ng Virac on March 12, 2013, and authored by former councilors Rene Jose A. Abella, Rosie P. Olarte, and Giovanni A. Balmadrid. This ordinance was reaffirmed and reenacted by Councilor Anthony Arcilla in the year 2025. 💥
