She is also the Chairperson & CEO of Justajoo Foundation, where she actively works for social welfare, women empowerment, and community development. Her commitment to rural progress is reflected in her role as Convener of the FPCCI Sindh Regional Committee on Rural Development (2025–26).
Sadaf is a courageous cancer survivor and a motivational speaker who inspires many with her strength, resilience, and leadership journey.

Dr. Farzana is a dynamic political leader, social activist, and successful businesswoman known for her strong commitment to public service and women’s empowerment. With years of active involvement in politics and community development, she has built a reputation as an inspiring and influential personality in Sindh.
She is currently serving as Vice President of PML-N Sindh (Mother Wing), where she plays a key role in organizing and strengthening women’s political participation across the province.
Alongside her political responsibilities, she is a Board of Director (B.O.D) at Justajoo Foundation (NGO), contributing to welfare initiatives focused on education, social development, and community support.
Dr. Farzana also holds the position of Senior Vice President, Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Mirpurkhas Division, actively supporting women entrepreneurs and promoting economic growth in the region.
Previously, she served as a Member of District Council Mirpurkhas, Sindh, and as a Member of District Council Umerkot, where she worked closely with local communities to address public issues and development needs.
With her leadership, dedication, and passion for service, Dr. Farzana continues to make a strong impact in politics, social work, and business, inspiring many women to step forward and lead.
