Calves are high-risk during monsoon due to weak immunity, wet floors, and disease spread. Focus is on keeping them dry, warm, and disease-free.
Pre monsoon preparation are done at the calf center.⏰⏰⏰⏰⏰

- All calves are vaccinated as per protocol.
- All SOPs completed: health check, tagging, record update, deworming and screening.
- Ready for handover to the Beneficiary.

1. *Weight Gain*: Calf weight records updated for all animals.
2. *Milking*: Milking schedule revised and implemented.
3. *Health*: Vaccination and drenching schedules updated; all treatments administered as per SOP.
4. *Visitors*: JICA delegation/agency visited the center for inspection/review.
5. *New Stock*: New calves arrived.
6. *Growth Status*: All calves are growing well with satisfactory health and weight gain.
7. *Future Plan*: Looking forward to the distribution of the new group of calves.

The CVDl team recently visited the Calf Salvation Center to collect the sample for screening of calves.
We truly extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Dr.Massod Ahmed wandiar Director CVDl for their unconditional moral support.
Special thanks to Dr. Tarique and his team for their exceptional work during sample collection and support .
We look forward to continued collaboration and mutual support in the future.

All calves are growing well 👍.
All records updated for future follow- up.
New calves arrived at the calf center.
After following all the standards sops all calves shifted to the hutch.🤞🤞🤞🤞

_Arrival & Care_
- 5 new calves arrived at the center in a week 🎗️
Following Sops were followed ✅
- Antiseptic spray for disinfection.
- Hooves washed
- Umbilicus dipped in povidone-iodine
- OTC injection given
- Ear tagged, weighed (weight recorded)
_Status_
- Data updated 📚
- Shifted to individual calf hutch
