EatingSavvy

EatingSavvy mind body &Soul Through decades of reading, studying, trial and error we came across what worked. Like most South Asians our definition of a party is eating.

Eating Savvy came about when two friends who struggled to lose weight for years tried all sorts of diets, exercise routines, and other things not worth mentioning here. We knew our food and we knew it well. That was both a blessing and a curse. Why, because eating food made us put on weight and along with that came some severe health issues. Between the two off us we started suffering from Diabete

s, Hyper Tension (High Blood Pressure), High Cholesterol, Sleeping issues, Digestive Problems and more. You name it we had it. Ultimately we started to get fed up with our predicament. It came to a point where both of us could not even see our toes while standing. We decided that we had to find a way. We wanted to eat good food, minus the health issues that came with it and yeah being South Asian we weren’t into exercising, so we wanted minimum exercise also. That is how Eating Savvy was born. We realized that keeping off the weight was not only because of the food but other factors like Stress, Hormone imbalances, and more. We found ways to combine eating what we wanted, using substitutes in some places, controlling stress, introducing new habits, and bringing the amount of exercise to something doable. It all helped. Ever since we have been helping friends shed the pounds especially those who were and are in the corporate sector. These are people with no time to exercise and weird eating habits. In their cases, we realized it wasn’t about eating but we had to focus on mind, body, and soul. Eating Savvy fed all three of these areas. Eating for the Body, the mind, and the soul. We catered to solutions, advice, meal plans and practices that catered to all three areas very successfully. We hope the information we share freely and through our products will be able to help all of you live more healthier and fulfilling lives

Lately… I haven’t felt like myself.

Yes, I’m still “getting things done.” Yes, I’m still “successful.”
But the truth is, I’m exhausted — mentally, emotionally, and physically.

I’ve been performing strength while quietly falling apart.
I kept going. Until I couldn’t.

That’s why I started Eating Savvy.
To help people like me — high performers who forgot how to take care of themselves.

If you’re tired too… you’re not alone.
We’re going to fix this — from the inside out.
