Arrabbiata Pasta🌶️🍅🍝
POV: You’re craving restaurant-style pasta but make it at home in under 20 minutes 👀🔥

Ingredients:
• Pasta
• Olive oil
• Garlic (chopped)
• Chili flakes
• Tomato puree / crushed tomatoes
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Oregano
• Fresh basil
• Parmesan cheese

Method:

1. Boil pasta until al dente.
2. Heat olive oil, sauté garlic until fragrant.
3. Add chili flakes and tomato puree.
4. Season with salt, pepper & oregano. Simmer 8–10 mins.
5. Add cooked pasta and toss well.
6. Top with basil & parmesan. Serve hot 🍝

One bite and you’ll be obsessed with this lemon cake 🍋✨
Ingredients:
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1½ cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp lemon zest
• ½ cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla

Method:

1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
2. Add eggs one by one.
3. Mix flour and baking powder separately.
4. Add dry ingredients, milk, lemon juice, zest & vanilla.
5. Pour into loaf pan.
6. Bake at 180°C for 40–45 mins.
7. Cool, glaze if desired & enjoy 🍋

Simple ingredients, one pot, and full desi comfort 💚
This easy Vegetable Pulao is loaded with colorful veggies, fragrant rice, and warm spices for the perfect family meal.

Recipe:
🥕 Ingredients:
• 2 cups basmati rice
• 1 onion (sliced)
• 1 tomato (chopped)
• 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, beans, potatoes)
• 2 green chilies
• 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
• Whole spices (cumin, bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper)
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp oil
• 4 cups water

👨‍🍳 Method:

1. Wash & soak rice for 20 mins.
2. Heat oil, fry whole spices + onion until golden.
3. Add ginger garlic paste, tomato & vegetables. Cook 3–4 mins.
4. Add rice, salt & water.
5. Cover and cook until rice is fluffy and done.
6. Garnish & serve hot with raita ❤️ no

Today’s culinary practical was all about precision, creativity, and flavor balance — presenting my Stuffed Chicken Roulade with Spinach Purée and Pan-Seared Polenta elegantly plated on a slate base.

This dish features:
• Chicken breast roulade filled with a dark herb and cheese layer, wrapped and cooked to perfection for a tender, juicy texture.
• Pan-seared polenta topped with a creamy spinach and cheese mix, bringing contrast in both color and flavor.
• A smooth green herb emulsion with a subtle hint of garlic and cream for a velvety finish.
• Accompanied by sautéed vegetables for freshness and balance.

The plating focused on minimalism and clean lines, highlighting the contrast between textures and tones — the black and white swirl in the roulade represents harmony between flavor and presentation.

Each component was designed to complement the other — a combination of technique, presentation, and modern culinary art.
