In 2015, Karachi Farmers’ Market started at The Lyceum as a small weekly community gathering. What came together were not just stalls, but farmers, makers, food producers and people who cared about what they consumed. One Sunday became hundreds. A handful of stalls became 30–40 carefully selected vendors and KFM became a familiar part of Karachi’s Sundays.
Today, KFM welcomes 200–800 visitors on a typical Sunday. Another season kicks off today, as we turned 11 this week, and we couldn’t have done it without you all. Our promise remains to stay as local, ethical, sustainable and community driven as we possibly can, and welcome you always with that same vibe of joy and connection of an old friend.
