A huge bright and yet dark colored navel orange eaten fresh from a tree is just plain delicious! Sure oranges have vitamin C, and somehow this has become the main reason we believe them to be healthy yet they have much more to offer!🍊
First, of course, eat oranges for vitamin C. It’s almost impossible to get too much vitamin C and most people are deficient in their daily needs since it can be used by our body to manage any form of inflammation in any part of our body.
