Mushtaq Grocery Store
Established in 1948, Mushtaq enjoys the privilege of being the oldest in grocery in the historic city of Peshawar.
The store was started by two brothers, Mushtaq and Nisar Ahmad in 1948. The shop was named after the elder brother, Mushtaq, as per traditions of those times. Initially, it was a tea business then they started specializing in rice. Their hard work and devotion to quality earned them a big name in Tea and rice. In a very short time, they started a complete grocery retail store. Mushtaq Sahab separated his business by going into wholesale setup, but the name remained the same as a gesture of respect to the elder brother.
The business grew up to be among the topmost favourites of the retail grocery. It has been about 60 years of constant work and dedication, that Mushtaq dominates the market for its quality and excellent customer services. Be it specialty in tea, rice, pulses, spices and other organic products or products of different brands, Mushtaq never fails to satisfy its customers.
