Marinated anchovies in olive oil and vinegar 🐟✨

Ingredients 🛒
• Anchovies (fresh, cleaned) – 500 g
• Olive oil – 100 ml
• Vinegar – 50 ml
• Garlic – 2 cloves
• Parsley – 2 tbsp
• Salt – to taste

Instructions 👩‍🍳
1️⃣ Rinse anchovies and pat dry.
2️⃣ Place in a dish and cover with vinegar.
3️⃣ Let marinate for 2–3 hours.
4️⃣ Drain and layer with garlic and parsley.
5️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil and chill before serving.
