We run a small Chilli Farm and a specialist world food, herb and spice shop in Central Portugal This is the address for our Spice Shop.

BIG NEWS JUST IN!!! We are absolutely thrilled to have won 2 silvers and a bronze at the European Hotsauce Awards!!

100s of chilli products were received from across Europe and each one was tasted blind and scored on 5 rigorous criteria by a mixed panel of professional chefs, sommeliers, food critics, chilli specialists and fanatics!!

To have scooped 3 awards from such a highly competitive event is such a proud moment for The Chilli Experience LDA

We've had more stock delivered today and got some new products available in our physical shop in from tomorrow!!

Our shop is open from 9am to 1.30pm on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays!

Good evening everyone!!

We will have chilli plants available in our physical shop in tomorrow.

We've tried to respond to everyone who had a specific request for plants both in reply to comments and direct messages but unfortunately if you haven't responded, I can no longer guarantee plant availability for this year - sorry. Next year we will be shipping out plants as well as I know some of our customers are not local.

We will have a range of different plants ranging from the mild to medium though hot and very hot.

Plants are the same price as all previous years - 2.50 euros each or 5 for 10 euros

This Saturday we are back at The Artisan Fair @ Figueiro dos Vinhos market - we will have our range of spice, spice mixes, curry powders and dried herbs available as well as our artisan produced Chilli products which will be available to try and buy on the day
