Hohoho! Time for milk and COOKIES!!! 🍪
I am a late entry to the Festive Craft & Gift Fair in Tavira at the Black Anchor now on Monday the 25:th of November!
I will be bringing all the classics of Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate, Cinnamon Bun, Mudcake, Salty Vanilla Fudge... AND my holiday special; BAILEYS FUDGE 🤤
Silver Jewellery, Precious Stones, Wirework, Tin Coral Tea Lights and other trinkets suitable for Christmas Gifts will of course tag along on this Norse Santa's table 😁

Ladies, gentlemen and all you wonderful people in-between; Casa de Mondo Sunshine Soirree!!!
I have been itching to share this information for weeks and we are finally unleashing the online floodgates!
It is an evening of sampling foods and drinks and snacks and fun from a merry collection of sun-seeking souls, with the money going to ease the volunteers of the local firefighters and shelters for strays!
A ticket buys you entry and generous samples from every attending station, with additional orders and purchases benefitting the same deserving organisations!
And, make sure to wave to the family and your own future selves! As the event will be part of the ongoing TV Series "A New Life In The Sun"!
We all hope to make this a night to remember and to re-experience in the years to come! And, of course, we hope to see you all there! 😁

This Easter saw the kitchen busy with experimentation! After adjusting recipes, testing different lengths of setting and baking- as well as combinations between them; a new member to the cookie family joins us!

Free of Gluten, but the same flavour as before!
It took some work getting rid of the gritty feeling and work out the kinks of an even baking that comes with the special flour. But my mother insisted it could be done and I owe her immense thanks for her aid and support in this endevour!

So to all those who suffer the curse of allergies or intolerance; Gluten Free versions of our standard cookies are now available for purchasing at markets or ordering!

Cookies galore! A small reminder of what you can expect at the markets to come, since I can only bring so many with me! 😅
Left to right;
Chocolate Chip Cookies with White and Milk chocolate bits in a buttery vanilla dough! A classic for any lover of sweets!
Cinnamon Bun Cookies, a slightly sweeter but more climate-friendly reimagining of the bready original, and just as cinnamonny!~
Heavy Chocolate! Milk Chocolate Chips in a dense Chocolate Dough! For when you know what you want, and that is soft and creamy Chocolate! 🤤

I recently got to try my hands at making a Cookie Cake for the first time! It is a slightly altered recipe for the sake of the size (24cm via large strap-mold!) but it came out satisfactory! A huge thanks to Sarah Stokes for the commission and idea! And here's hoping little Summer had the best possible birthday! 🥳🍻
