An easy recipe for breakfast, snack or dessert is to do a vanilla pudding this one is made of non dairy milk, soya, vanilla and instead of the cornstarch agar and a spoon of coconut sugar. You can easily do it home no need to buy the ready made ones with all the preservatives. This is the first of a series of food inspired from nature for the festive season! It’s all about the name of my account Arty healthy recipe💕🌱This one is inspired from the snow and sun. A friend sent me a picture of the mountain where she is spending vacation and thought of it when creating that. The papaya with its orange color represents the sun, the brown chocolate is what is left from the trees uncovered, the snow is this healthy whipping coconut cream with blue spirulina. ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️To do your whipping healthy cream, get organic coconut full fat cream put it in the fridge for a day then open it take off all the cream and leave the liquid, if it’s refined sugar free use coconut sugar if not you can use very little icing sugar use a mixer with some shredded coconut then at the end add some spirulina powder but not too much for the color.🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🎄❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️ ❄️❄️❄️

I thought i would share my 3 cone cake picture because they looked so nice together! Vegan and gluten free they are all refined sugar free, apart from the red velvet who has very little sugar in the white chocolate chips. My favorite is the lemon chia as i am a lemon person but the chocolate fudge with unsweetened dark chocolate and the red velvet are really good too! Using coconut oil and apple sauce is the key to make your muffin moist. 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱
