Mohamed Omar Bafarat, it is considered the 1st company to produce hotsauce and vinegar in the Gulf, based on the industrial experience of the founder and with the cooperation of foreign experts. After the Group could cover the needs of the domestic market, it began exporting its products to the Gulf markets in 1993 and also other Arab countries.
*In the year 1994 the company had undertaken the 1
st expansion by adding a new filling line for the production of the ketchup.
*In the year 1995 the company had undertaken the 2nd expansion by adding another filling line for the production of the Hotsauce.
*In compliance with the rising demand for the Group's products in the market plus the desire to add more products and the keenness to upgrade the current product's quality as per the findings of our marketing team, so in accordance to that the Group had undertaken its major expansion by adding 3 production and filling lines in the year 2001.
*Following the Group's desire to provide best services to the agents and customers, so established its 1st branch in Riyadh city in the year 2001, and within 3 years the Group established branches in Makkah, Madina, Al-Qaseem and Khames Mosheet.
*The Group's sales team Kingdom wide has raised to 40 persons including sales representatives, sellers and sales supervisors.
* The group has participated in many international fairs such as :
1- Anuga 2003.
2- Sial 2002.
* The Group is exporting to many Arabian, African and European markets.
* The Group's range of products has a wide variety such as :
1- The products produced in the Group's factory under the trade mark Rana as hereunder:
Hotsauce, Ketchup, mayonnaise, vinegar and hot salsa, in different packs and taste.
2- The Trading Items:
These products are manufactured by other companies inside and outside Saudi Arabia under the Group's trade mark Rana, under the control and supervision of the Group's Quality Control Dept. to verify the product's compliance with the customer's requirements, the commercial products are as follows: Pickles - Grape leaves - Tomato Paste
* After a market study the Group found out that there was a considerable demand for certain products of high taste, as desiring to achieve customer's satisfaction so imported those products from highly reputed international companies, are as follows:
1- Balsamic Vinegar.
2- Onion in Balsamic Vinegar.
3- Virgin Olive Oil.
* Within the year 2005 and the following years the Group shall effect the addition of other new products. About Rana Products
