“In other hands.”
At Loshult Handelsbod, Hāzel 1 found its way into a laminated dough, quietly, without ceremony. Hazelnut ganache, roasted caramelised hazelnuts, a Friday pastry that asks nothing of the one eating it except attention.
This is what craft looks like when it doesn’t announce itself. A single ingredient, well chosen, meeting the hands that knew what to do with it.
