Collaboration with to make kimchi outside of regular season. Can we use something that we grow in Sweden locally, instead of using imported ingredients? I was a bit skeptisk with using this fast-growing Japanese cabbage for kimchi, but it turned out to be super crunchy and delicious! 🤤
