[Wild animals have no place to live in the 21st century. To what extent do you agree or disagree?]
In the recent years, there has been a dramatic decrease in the number of wild animals, with serious detriments to the environment. Therefore, some people claim that wild animals are now on the verge of total extinction. In my opinion, wildlife conservation should be the priority concern of governments due to wild animal’s importance and contribution to human lives.
There is no doubt that wild animals play a vital role in maintaining ecological sustainability and fostering the well-being of humanity. Animals are an irreplaceable parts of the food chain and natural cycles, therefore the demise of a species will directly put other species on the verge of extinction. As a result, the ecosystem become and human will be negatively affected. For example, the killing Flowerpecker policy in China in the last decade consequently damaged the national crop due to the dramatic growth of worms and insects.
Moreover, wild animals also enormously contribute to economic development as well as scientific innovation. It is acknowledged that from wild animals, people can derive substances and materials for several different industries such as chemical, food and fashion. Scientists can not only achieve more knowledge about biodiversity but also acquire varied genes to carry on breeding programs. In addition, wildlife conservation also plays a significant role in attracting tourists and providing employment. By building national reservation and providing visiting services, the government can create thousands of jobs for and have billions..... of revenue each year.
In conclusion, animals are the fundamental component of natural and human sustainable development. Governments should treat wildlife conservation as the primacy concern in the national developing strategies.
