This week, I’m running a limited tasting phase to introduce my Breton pastries — Gâteau Breton and Kouign Amann — crafted to pair naturally with coffee and fika.

Friday 6th afternoon and Saturday 7th morning.

The Gâteau Breton is a traditional pastry from Bretagne, France.

Made with simple ingredients — butter, sugar, eggs, and flour — it is known for its dense texture, rich buttery flavor, and long shelf life.

Traditionally served sliced, it pairs naturally with coffee and fits perfectly into the rhythm of Swedish fika.

At Breizh Fika, I produce classic Breton pastries, entirely handcrafted, with a focus on quality, consistency, and tradition.
