(i) Refunds/Exchange Request:-
(a) Refund Policy: Reef N' Bay will arrange for a refund of any item in the event any order is rejected/unfulfilled by Reef N' Bay for whatever reason. (b) Return Policy: All orders have been checked for quality and accuracy. (c) Exchange Policy : You must check your order upon delivery and inform Reef N' Bay if there is/are any defective/damag
ed item received. Only defective/damaged items (ie: leakage/item exposed) in the event that the damage are caused by Reef N' Bay or 3rd Party logistics please approach our E-Store Assistant for 1-1 exchange item assistance on the day the item is received. (ii) Delivery Service:-
Reef N' Bay will provide delivery service arranged by 3rd party logistics in mainland Singapore on any orders placed. For the avoidance of doubt, Reef N' Bay does not deliver to Jurong Island and any of other islands. Delivery Charges :
$60.00 and above : Delivery Charges waived
$59.99 and below : Subjected to $10 delivery charges
Reef N' Bay will only deliver your order to the front door of the stated delivery address. Where Reef N' Bay has been notified to leave your order at your front door, Reef N' Bay shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or damage or loss howsoever arising. (iii) Price, Products and Ads Information Details
Whilst every effort is made to fulfil orders in terms of price, weight, and/or description through Reef N' Bay services, errors may occur and we do not guarantee that the pricing, product, weight, and/or promotional information provided will be accurate, current, updated, or complete. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that:-
(a) Product pictures on Reef N' Bay page/ads & page are provided to help you recognize the products, but due to packaging redesign and improvements, these may not reflect exactly the product you receive. (b) Other than the mentioned items provided, the images used serve as an illustration purposes.
