We faced the challenges of being able to accurately meet the demands of our customers due to the small market segment that we cater for and still be able to provide products that had an edge over the local supermarkets . With a slow but steady growth, and our credit history, reputation and relations with our trustworthy suppliers improving, we have grown and wish to acknowledge the customers and suppliers for the continuing success of our store today. We believe that our customers are like guests at home, They are to be treated with the best service we are able to deliver. We provide the exclusive service of bringing in products from our supplier, for any customer ,no matter the demand, even itis for one person only. We take pride in ensuring that our customers feel appreciated and well looked after and have receive multiple accolades for this personalised service that we offer. We are also able to bring in, a variety of new products through sourcing from small and varied suppliers. As our products are unique, we give our customers the feeling that they have never left home. We are currently importing German, Dutch, Scandinavian and South African Products and with our new online store, we will be able to reach our customers in neighbouring countries. We hope to build on our existing company and locate another outlet for our store. Together with that, we are looking into encouraging environmental practices in our store such as the use of personal shopping bags. We contribute our products for donations to organisation and churches to do our part for society by supporting such charities and organisations. As we improve and expand our product range and relations with our suppliers, as we have suppliers from Sweden, Denmark and South Africa, we hope to attract customers who are new and interested in our service and in this way.
