1) The delivery service is for within Singapore, excluding restricted areas such as Jurong Island/Sentosa/Changi Airport/ Alps Ave/Camps/Restricted Facilities. If in doubt please pm to check.

2) Please check that your address is correct before submitting. Charges apply for redelivery.

3) Our delivery partner delivery will be between 9.30am to 8.30pm and does not accept specific timing delivery.

4) Plants are not accepted by most courier services which often required a more costly special delivery service.

5)Any special delivery request please state clearly in the checkout message. Please only order when you accept the conditions above.
