Responsibilities / 工作职责

🔹 Food Science / Production Support / 食品科学与生产支持
~ Assist in product quality control and food safety monitoring
协助产品质量控制及食品安全监控
~ Ensure compliance with food safety standards, company SOPs, and regulatory requirements
确保符合食品安全标准、公司SOP及相关法规要求
~ Maintain food safety documentation (e.g. HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP records)
维护食品安全相关文件（如 HACCP、ISO 22000、GMP 记录）
~ Assist in product formulation, labelling verification and documentation
协助产品配方、标签审核及相关文件工作
~ Support internal and external audits related to food safety
协助食品安全相关的内外部审核
~ Monitor raw material specifications and supplier documentation
监督原材料规格及供应商文件

🔹 Accounts & Administrative Duties / 账务与行政工作
~ Process daily invoicing
处理日常开单
~ Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
处理应付账款（AP）及应收账款（AR）
~ Ensure sales transactions are properly recorded with supporting documents
确保销售交易有完整文件并正确记录
~ Assist in stock inventory checks
协助库存盘点
~ Assist in month-end closing and preparation of reports
协助月结及报表准备
~ Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
完成上级安排的其他工作

🔹 职位要求 Requirements
~ 食品相关科系优先（Food Science / Food Tech）
~ 有基本会计知识更佳
~ 至少1-3年相关经验（食品厂优先）
~ 细心、负责、能独立工作
~ Diploma/Degree in Food Science or related field preferred
~ Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
~ At least 1-3 years experience (food manufacturing preferred)
Responsible, detail-oriented & able to work independently

💰 薪资 Salary
$2,300 – $3,000（视经验而定 / depending on experience）
✔ 3个月试用期后调薪
✔ 每年调薪机会
