Raifuku "Hassaku" Citrus Junmai Daiginjo Nama
Raifuku "Hassaku" Citrus Junmai Daiginjo Nama is a seasonal, unpasteurised sake produced by Raifuku Shuzo in Ibaraki Prefecture. This unique expression is part of the brewery's "flower yeast" series, specifically utilizing yeast derived from the Hassaku citrus blossom.
As a nama and junmai daiginjo sake, it is celebrated for its vibrant, lively profile that mirrors the tart and refreshing characteristics of the Hassaku orange itself. Hassaku (Japanese: 八朔 ), Citrus hassaku, is a Japanese citrus hybrid between pomelo and mandarin, with pomelo-like characteristics.
Toko Junmai AIGAMO
Toko Junmai AIGAMO sake is brewed with rice milled to 80%, respecting the unique characteristics of Dewasansan rice, which is supported by the power of the earth.
It has a gentle aroma and a soft mouthfeel, with a well-balanced sweetness and acidity that gives it depth and a natural flavor that you won't tire of. Enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures, from chilled (room temperature) to warmed.
