Protein rich vegetarian / vegan items available

Compared with everyday foods

12–14g/100g is definitely protein-rich.

For comparison:

Tofu: ~8g
Cow's milk: ~3–4g
Cooked rice: ~2–3g
Mushrooms: ~2–4g
Eggs: ~13g
Greek yoghurt: ~10g

So a vegetarian product containing 12–14g/100g provides roughly the same protein density as eggs and considerably more than tofu.
