N**e Seafood has reached deep into Japan’s most esteemed markets to procure ingredients rarely seen outside the country. The culinary journey begins with a Premium Sashimi Platter, featuring the melt-in-your-mouth richness of Hon Maguro Otoro (Bluefin Tuna belly), tender sake-braised Ezo Awabi (Abalone), and the sweet, oceanic brine of Hokkaido Gyoren Scallops.

The evening's undisputed centerpiece is a spectacle of scale and flavor: The Mega King Crab Nabe. Sourced directly from Tsukiji Kanisho, this immense 7.5kg crab—among the largest in the world—will be prepared in a communal hot pot, promising a rich, umami-laden broth and colossal segments of sweet crab meat.

The savory course concludes with a comforting, artisanal King Crab and White Corn Donabe, showcasing the delicate sweetness of the ingredients cooked to perfection in traditional earthenware.
