Saito Fish Stall We specialized in using Saito / Wolf Herring Fish to make fish paste (meant for yong tau foo or fishball) and otah.

We use 100% saito / wolf herring fish to make the paste. It is handmade and most importantly freshly made everyday. The fish paste can be used to make fishball, fishcake, fish noodles which are suitable for steamboat. The fish paste is also suitable to make yong tau foo. There's a wide variety of usage for the fish meat. There are saito / wolf herring fish fillets which are boneless and is suitable for fish soups or fish porridge. We also sell home made otah which is 100% preservative free.

We're currently taking order for CNY 2026. Our last day of operation is 15th February 2026 and it is for collection only. We strongly suggest interested customers to order early.

The pricing as following:

• Saito fish paste - $34 per kg
• Saito yupin/strips - $80 per kg
• Saito fish meat (loose meat for porridge) - $60 per kg
• Saito fish (whole fish) - $18 per kg
• Saito fish bones - $1 per piece (including head that comes with some meat)
• Saito minced fish meat (unprocessed) - $60
per kg
