Twic Mayardit and Abyei Artists to Perform in BCPT Round of 16 for Peace-Building

The management of Twic Mayardit Football Team in Juba, under the leadership of Mr. Charles Chol Mel, is pleased to announce that artists Ring Machakos and Deng Abuk, along with the Nyiir Mayar Aruet Cultural Group, will perform during the Twic Mayardit vs. Abyei match. The match is scheduled for Saturday, 6 September 2025, at Juba National Stadium, as part of the Round of 16 in the BCPT.

This arrangement is made at the request of Mr. Kur Ajing Ater, who recommended that two artists from Twic Mayardit and two artists from Abyei perform during the game as part of a peace-building initiative between the two sisterly communities.

Fans and the public are warmly invited to attend and witness this celebration of sport, culture, and unity.
