1. Ensure that health and safety policies are enforced in all areas of the company and during field operations.
2. Identify the potential risks and implement safety measures to prevent their occurrence or mitigate their impact.
3. Investigate workplace HSE incidents and complete root cause analysis to determine the appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
4. Develop the plan of HSE inspection visits, conduct the visits and prepare the needed reports.
5. Develop plans for evacuation in emergency situations.
6. Form an emergency team trained and familiar with dealing in all emergency cases from all departments (at least one employee from each department).
7. Provide a detailed report to HOS regarding accidents/incidents in a timely manner according to the related policies and procedures and recommend solutions for preventing similar incidents in the future.
8. Conduct periodic inspection visits to the company’s facilities to ensure a healthy and comfortable work environment and check the readiness of tools related to HSE (alarms, fire extinguishers, etc.).
9. Conduct root cause analysis to occurred incidents and recommend actions to prevent reoccurrence.
10. Research for new safety technologies or procedures to improve workplace safety.
11. Research new legislation and maintain a working knowledge of all Health and Safety Executive (HSE) legislation and any developments that affect the employer's industry.
12. Conduct awareness sessions for employees on health and safety.
13. Ensure the availability of safety tools to be used by certain function upon implementing certain tasks.
Education
Bachelor's Degree is required.
Experience
1 Year of relevant experience is required.
Professional Certificates
ISO 45001 2018 or OSHA is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Good level in English and Microsoft Office is required.

A) Duties of Job Title 1. Interview candidates and provide recommendations to the direct line of authority. 2. Prepare section’s yearly budget as per corporate objectives. 3. Coach, develop and motivate team members to reach optimum performance & successfully contribute in achieving corporate, department & unit objectives. 6. Develop and maintain the company’s quality management system effectively & efficiently. 7. Conduct staff meeting with team members in all regions on a quarterly basis to reinforce company’s culture & values and discuss team related issues & concerns. 8. Monitor and ensure efficient & appropriate use of resources (financial, human, physical, IT, etc.) to achieve the planned objectives & support smart spending strategy. B) Duties of Position 1. Participate in the preparation procurement yearly plan based on procurement objectives and performance indicators and WAFA departments requirements. 2. Review the newly proposed suppliers as per the predefined criteria and provide recommendations. 3. Review the Benchmark / market price reports and ensure them by conducting random market visits. 4. Review the prepared target price and related historical log for requested materials/services and ensure getting the best deal and proper documentation 5. Ensure defining accurate technical specifications in line with clear business justifications when required. 6. Ensure proper handling to department’s purchasing requests, for direct purchasing according to preset criteria. 7. Check & review RFQ (Request for Quotation) & RFI (Request for Information) & RFP (Request for Proposal) before sending to the approved selected suppliers. 8. Review quality and price for the received samples and data sheets from suppliers. 9. Review the commercial evaluation of the received offers and the comparative analysis of these offers, and recommend modifications if needed. 10. Check & review Procurement Documents Initial Purchase Letter, LPO (Letter of Purchase Order), and expense report. 11. Ensure maintaining all records and reports archived and kept updated. 12. Review non-confirming items cases with the concerned parties to take the proper solution. 13. Ensure proper follow up with suppliers and that all problems and delays related to purchase orders have been solved. 14. Review supplier’s evaluation conducted by Procurement Planning Specialist. 15. Approve purchase order, frame agreement and release order and ensure accuracy of entered data. 16. Ensure maintaining stock level for inventory of items as per policies and procedures. 17. Ensure handling complaints related to purchasing activities timely and effectively and escalate them to HOU when needed.
Education
Bachelor’s degree is required (IT Engineering major is preferrable).
Experience
At least three years’ experience in procurement is required.

14. Check section and individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to WAFA goals and objectives.

5. Solve customers' complaints received by Customer Service effectively and timely as per related policies and procedures.

8. Develop SQL queries for requested billing reports (one time, ad-hoc and scheduled) related to Customer Service, Marketing, Sales and Finance departments.
9. Ensure security of billing systems information.
10. Perform all support requests related to billing on time and properly as per the associated policies.
11. Create and maintain packages and procedures used by other parties as systems interface to access billing system.
12. Perform requests received from other departments (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Finance) related to usual operation, data fixing and taking needed corrective actions.
13. Prepare the monthly claims processes requested from sales department (SIM Stock requests issues).
14. Generate SIM input files upon procurement requests.
15. Load SIM output files into the billing system and ensure that new GSM numbers ranges are created and available.
16. Ensure customer profile consistency between billing system and charging system by executing daily reconciliation processes, and take necessary corrective action when discrepancies are found.
17. Prepare mediation and provisioning processes and ensure that they are working properly and identify / fix any faults in coordination with the concerned parties.
18. Define and setup the mediation rules for any existing / new network elements on system that generates billable CDR files "Call Detailed Record".
19. Perform CDR files check covered pulled files, file type, file size, file status and file continuity and check the files (types, counts) before and after mediation.
20. Perform timely response for any incident with appropriate process adjustments or corrective actions and proper escalation.
21. Support & coordinate with Technical Department in their system testing, upgrades, new network elements and perform acceptance test accordingly.
22. Define and setup business & switch commands for any new postpaid/prepaid service on provisioning system.
23. Contribute to any new product setup that needs technical decision about its feasibility and provide alternative solutions.
24. Ensure the ex*****on of the commands on the provisioning system and take the appropriate action to fix outstanding issues on a daily basis.
25. Perform daily checks to ensure that all the mediation and provisioning systems are functioning properly.
26. Fix the discrepancies between billing & HLR (Home Location Register) as per received reports from Revenue Assurance.
27. Fix the discrepancies between billing & UPCC (Unified Policy and Charging Controller) as per received reports from Revenue Assurance.
28. Solve customers' complaints received by Customer Service effectively and timely.
29. Provide Customer Service with complete and accurate feedback about the actions applied to solve the complaints.
