🌟 Meet Manuel Tschanz of 🇨🇭
From the shores of Lake Biel in Switzerland, brings passion, precision, and purity in winemaking — and he’s coming to Bangkok and Singapore! 🇸🇬 🇹🇭

Born & raised in Twann, Switzerland, Manuel trained as a wine technologist and winemaker. Together with his partner Maja Möckli, they founded Silou Wines in 2021.

Their project, based in Tüscherz-Alfermée, cultivates about 4.5 hectares of vineyards across Twann, Ligerz, and Le Landeron. Silou focuses on natural, minimal-intervention winemaking, allowing the unique character of the region’s limestone-rich soils and cool microclimate to shine. 🏞️

Manuel’s philosophy is built on respect for nature and patience — gentle fermentations, minimal sulfur, and a deep commitment to biodiversity in the vineyards. The result: wines with clarity, balance, and honest expression of terroir, reflecting both the landscape and the human touch behind them. 🍇

Born and based in the Canary Islands, Carmelo crafts expressive, volcanic wines in two of Spain’s most exciting volcanic terroirs:

🌋 Lanzarote — rooted in black volcanic ash and Atlantic winds.
⛰️ Gran Canaria — elegant, high-altitude wines from old bush vines.

🍇 His style: Minimal intervention, native yeasts, no additives — wines that capture the raw purity of the islands’ volcanic soils and their deep oceanic freshness. Each bottle tells a story of resilience, energy, and place.

🌟 Meet César Márquez – The Next Voice of Bierzo 🍷

Born among vines, rooted in tradition, and driven by terroir, .marquez.perez is rewriting what Bierzo wines can be. A nephew of the acclaimed Raúl Pérez , César grew up at the family winery and was steeped from youth in vineyard life and wine-making.

César launched his own label in 2015. Working with 80- to 120-year-old bush vines across Bierzo, he crafts wines that are as much about place as they are about fruit. 🍇

He bridges tradition and precision: rooted in the old-school practices of Bierzo but embracing modern classification ideas à la Burgundy. His style emphasizes freshness, minerality, terroir over oak, over extraction. You can taste the place - in many different plots - instead of just a uniform “winemaker style.”
