Apartment building in a peaceful area of the city. The rooms come with a big comfortable king size bed, TV and refrigerator. Located in a peaceful neighborhood just around the corner of the main street, Ladprao Road. There are many stalls in the near with local Thai food and local prices. A Tesco/Lotus Express is also located in the same street, so no need to travel far for daily groceries. The nearest MRT station is Ladprao or Sutthisan. From there it is easy to explore the rest of the city. It's only a minute walk to Ladprao road. There it's easy to get a public taxi and motorbike taxis are standby on the corner 24/7.

We are providing the following room types at T&S 48 Mansion:

- Ladprao Studio 32 (32sqm) for a monthly rental price of 5200 Baht.

- Ladprao Studio 38 (38sqm) for a monthly rental price of 5300 Baht.

- Ladprao Suite 38 (38sqm) for a monthly rental price of 7500 Baht.

All rooms have a king-size bed, a wardrobe and a private bathroom. Bedding and towels are included in the rental price. We are providing a LCD TV and a Refrigerator in our rooms.
Wi-Fi would cost 400 Baht/ month.
