Behind our delicious & crisp salads that we serve at Bonnie’s Deli is a passionate husband-and-wife team focusing on local organic farming, innovation, and demonstrating that world-class ingredients can be grown here in Chiang Mai.
🥬 Meet Pam & Keow from Greens Garden, a farm in Mae Rim that has been making a name for itself by supplying fresh, sustainable produce, flavorful tomatoes, and edible flowers to some of Thailand’s top restaurants, including some Michelin-starred ones…and of course to us, Bonnie’s Deli.
🥗 If you haven’t yet tried our salad, you’d better not sleep on it. Not only does Greens Garden specialize in growing flavorful organic vegetables, it is also known for their veggies’ freshness, sweetness, and quality, which is why this farm has become our favorite.
🍅 Apart from salad and sandwich ingredients, we also have the farm’s cherry tomatoes sold separately. Come give them a try.
