Gilles is a natural winemaking talent. This unassuming craftsman owns some of the best vineyards in the heart of the Minervois, La Livinière. Through meticulous, artisanal work, he produces dense, profound, complex wines with rich fruit and an impressive balance and brilliance of aromas. Monuments to the embodiment of terroir character, standing out like beacons of authenticity and naturalness from a sea of uniform mass-produced wines. Aires Hautes undoubtedly belongs to the elite of the Languedoc wineries! The new vintages, thanks to subtle improvements in vineyard management, testify more than ever to the enthusiasm with which Gilles and his family pursue their craft and the deep connection to nature with which they produce dreamlike organic wines deep in the south of France, in the solitude of their wildly romantic landscape. These wines offer some of the best value for money in the entire Languedoc!

Domaine de Fondrèche was founded by Nanou Barthelémy who purchased the property in 1993. A few years later her son, Sébastien Vincenti, started to make the wines after spending his formative years at leading estates in Chateauneuf du Pape.
Through his dedicated work, following natural leaders such as Didier Dagueneau, recognition began to build for a region once known for rustic wines. His detailed work in vineyard and cellar, for years created wines that offer superb value compared to more recognized appellations, yet still little known among the general public.
In general Fondreche’s style displays a Northern Rhone varietal purity with some tannins and a Southern Rhone generous mouthfeel. The wines are intense, yet refrain from being too opulent.

The story of Aphros begins in Casal do Paço, a traditional Quinta at the heart of Lima Valley, a region with an eco-system of an extraordinary diversity and luxurious vegetation where for many centuries or many centuries an admirable culture of subsistence agriculture flourished.
Between the plains near the Ocean and the mountains of Gerês, fertile hills of granitic soils harbor a balance forests and cultivated areas, where the vine found a perfect terroir, harmoniously blended with other cultures such as cereals, vegetables, fruit orchards, olive trees and a variety of domestic animals and wildlife.
Belonging to a family from Lisbon, the Quinta became a place of retreat for long holidays in the last decades of the 20th century, a time during which peasants were gradually leaving, unable to survive the new context of modern life with all its radical social and economic changes.
The farm being almost abandoned in the beginning of the 21st, in 2004 Vasco Croft took in hands the responsibility of restructuring it, with the vision of a sustainable, ecological project to bring it back to life for the future.
As a lifelong student of Rudolf Steiner he took inspiration from the ideas of biodynamics, reshaping the farm: areas of vines restructured for mechanized labour, chestnut orchards introduced, covercrops, animals, and biodynamic preparations were put in place.
Interested in wine after a meeting with a Buddhist monk, and enthusiastic about the new impulse biodynamics were bringing to the rediscovery of terroir in the wine world, the decision was made to start producing and bottling, reactivating the old cellar in the basement of the house.
Following this expansion, in 2015 a new cellar was built, with the capacity to process the totality of the grapes from all 3 vineyards, whilst the old cellar in Padreiro was converted into a “medieval cellar” destined to process wines in ancient, pre-industrial ways without any use of electric equipments.

The name Donnafugata refers to the novel by Tomasi di Lampedusa entitled Il Gattopardo (The Leopard). A name that means “donna in fuga” (woman in flight) and refers to the story of a queen who found refuge in the part of Sicily where the company’s vineyards are located today. An adventure that inspired the corporate logo: the image of a woman’s head with windblown hair that dominates every bottle. Donnafugata labels are also works of art created or inspired by Gabriella Rallo, as are the names of the wines, an homage to art and literature.
Donnafugata was established in Sicily by a family that, thanks to its passion, has been able to innovate the style and perception of Sicilian wine throughout the world. Giacomo Rallo, the fourth generation of a family with over 160 years of experience in quality wine, founded Donnafugata in 1983 together with his wife Gabriella, a pioneer of viticulture in Sicily. Today, their children José and Antonio lead the company and a team of people focused on excellence.

This Crémant is produced from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Auxerrois and Pinot Gris. The grapes are harvested by hand before they are fully ripe to preserve the wine’s acidity and freshness. The grapes are pressed whole. The minimum ageing period on slats is 12 months, but here we extend it to 18 months in order to offer an elegant aromatic complexity.
This crémant is excellent as an aperitif, for example with smoked trout or small canapés. It can also accompany a meal, particularly oily fish, sushi, scallops, etc. It also pairs very well with desserts.

‘‘La Petite Duchesse 2021’ is an elegant red wine from the Lalande-de-Pomerol appellation, located in the Libournais sub-region of Bordeaux, France. Although the specific grape variety is not mentioned, this region is renowned for its Merlot-dominated blends, often complemented by Cabernet Franc and sometimes Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2021 vintage experienced capricious but favourably temperate weather, resulting in very good quality grapes. The clay-limestone soils give the wine a balanced structure and beautiful roundness. The winemaking techniques used in this area emphasise gentle extraction to preserve the finesse of the tannins. Lalande-de-Pomerol enjoys a temperate oceanic climate which, combined with its unique geology, produces wines of great finesse and beautiful aromatic complexity. Château ‘La Petite Duchesse’ is part of an ancient winemaking tradition, with a reputation for producing refined and balanced wines.
When it comes to food and wine pairings, ‘La Petite Duchesse 2021’ goes perfectly with grilled rib of beef, duck breast with cherries or roast lamb with herbs. Dishes featuring red meat and rich flavours will highlight the fruity and spicy notes of this wine. For a delicious regional pairing, consider serving this wine with traditional dishes from south-western France, such as cassoulet or duck confit. The supple tannins and roundness of Merlot will pair harmoniously with these complex dishes.
For an optimal tasting experience, serve ‘La Petite Duchesse 2021’ at an ideal temperature of 16-18°C. Before tasting, take the time to look at the wine’s colour, a deep red with purple highlights. The nose offers rich aromas of black fruits, plums and subtle woody notes. On the palate, the wine reveals a velvety texture, well-integrated tannins and a long, elegant finish. Feel free to let the wine breathe for a few minutes before tasting so that it can fully express its aromas and flavours.

In early 2013, inspired by her family’s wine-growing adventure, Aude joined the estate without any formal training in wine.
After spending time in the field alongside the estate’s teams and then returning to school to obtain her agricultural baccalaureate, she supported her father in the complete restructuring of the estate, changing the technical practices of the vineyard to a more respectful and virtuous form of organic farming.
At the same time, she completely rethought the estate’s range of wines, incorporating new appellations such as Gigondas, Vacqueyras and, most recently, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and offering vintages that combine tradition and modernity.
The desire to make the estate a major player in the southern Rhône Valley is one of the main motivations of the youngest member of the family.

Stefano Migotto is a third-generation vintner and distiller from Abano Terme in northern Italy. He holds an enology degree from Scuola Enologica di Conegliano. Stefano grew up helping in his family’s winery, eventually taking over its leadership. After twelve years of experience in that capacity, Stefano made the move to the US, where he has utilized Italian tradition in California winemaking for over 20 years.

Reminiscent of the California sunshine, our Chardonnay radiates bright citrus and tropical aromas that immediately leap from the glass. Light to medium bodied, this is a well-balanced, refreshing wine with a creamy mouthfeel that is enlivened with flavors of green apple, sun-drenched orange blossoms, and toasted bread. An excellent accompaniment to vegetable skewers and roasted rosemary chicken.

For over 60 years, the Italian house of Berlucchi has embodied excellence in the production of prestigious wines. Founded by Guido Berlucchi and Franco Ziliani in 1955, the establishment is best known for its famous Cuvée 61. One of Italy’s greatest wines, this barrel-aged wine symbolises dedication and passion for the art of winemaking.
The fascinating history of Berlucchi began in 1955, when Franco Ziliani and Guido Berlucchi decided to venture into the world of viticulture. The two partners established their winery in Lombardy, in the Franciacorta region, an area renowned for its exceptional terroir. This decision marked the beginning of the estate’s rise to excellence in winemaking.
Passionate and eager to offer new products, Berlucchi and Ziliani opted to produce high-quality sparkling wines. Although the Italian house had rather modest beginnings, Berlucchi quickly gained a reputation and became an essential Italian reference.
Cuvée 61, a true ‘flagship’ among great Italian wines, skilfully blends Chardonnay and Franciacorta grape varieties. Made from white grapes, this Blanc de Blancs stands out for its elegance and purity. Each sip reveals a harmony of aromas ranging from citrus to floral notes.
