Yasai Shinrin Yoku (Wild Forest Bathing) with Mr. T and his Aura — an introductory session exploring wildcrafting and mindful interaction with the living, sentient forest.

Rooted in the Japanese practice of Forest Therapy, this experience supports stress reduction, sensory awakening, and deeper connection with the natural world.
