ZoliveZeytinÇiftliği Organic Olive Farm We are a Turkish and American family committed to growing organic olives and more in a natural and sustainable fashion.

Although neither of us come from farming backgrounds, we have, like our trees, grown into the world of olives and olive oil. We planted our first 50 trees on a cold New Year’s Day in 2014… not certain how we would continue… and today we have over 2000 olive trees plus a couple hundred walnut trees! No farm is complete without a beehive or two. To create an organic farm that is diverse, colorful an

d ecologically friendly, we also planted hundreds of lavenders and defne (laurel) to support our beehives. Our goal has always been to create a boutique style organic farm with mainly olives and olive oil, with other complimentary plants to be used in making olive oil products. We are now closer than ever to becoming full time olive farmers and to writing the next chapter in our lives.
