買辣在2007年時在彰師大便當街尾開始了第一家小攤子,受到彰師大同學的青睞與支持,慢慢廣為人知.....買辣取自『my love』其台式英文諧音；最初是源自於四川口味麻辣鍋，為迎合國人的口味及愛喝湯的習慣，經多次改良的中藥麻辣高湯，溫順甘甜好入喉，結合傳統台式滷味，再佐以自家焙煉秘傳辣油，將湯頭細分成微辣、小辣、中辣及大辣，調配出適合各年齡層多樣辣度的好味道，自成一家薈萃成台式口味的麻辣燙。
