民國８５年至８８年之間，本公司於雲林縣口湖鄉從事水產品批發之業務並兼做部分小型簡單水產品加工，隨著業務的迅速擴展，於民國８８年成立鑫溶實業股份有限公司，產品品項配合自有關係企業養殖場，開發蒲燒鰻、烏魚子等加工調理產品及貝類、蝦類、軟體類、魚類等多元化產品，更擁有專業烏魚子產銷履歷認証，除強化現有行銷通路外，更擴及連鎖量販超市，並積極從事新產品開發，掌握顧客千變萬化的需求。
透過ＩＳＯ／ＨＡＣＣＰ制度的建立，建構完整的食品衛生管理系統，擁有ＨＡＣＣＰ、ＩＳＯ２２０００國際品質認証，為消費者在第一生產線作嚴格的把關。

In order to meet the urgent demand of our prosperous business, Ashin Rong Co., Ltd. established, we not only enhance the existing wholesale business, but also extend our business to the large-sized retailed.stores. Under the cooperation of our conglomerate aquarium, we also start the processing of sea eel and mullet roe. Our annual business volume grows up steadily year by year since 1999. To look into the future and to meet our foreign customers’ expectation, we set up a goal to build a ISO/HACCP quality control system and eventually we reach our goal in 2004. We are looking forward by ISO/HACCP quality control system, we will expand our business worldwide and bring Ashin Rong Co., Ltd. to another business peak soon in the future.
