民國五十五年，永久海產行成立，早期以生產旗魚丸、黑輪、炸牛蒡、三絲捲等魚漿製品為主，走入每戶家庭，成為普遍的桌上佳餚。民國五十八年開始以純手工研發花枝丸成功，七十年代由第二代接手經營後，以機器取代手工開始量產，並將花枝丸外銷到日本，成為極受歡迎的伴手禮！
